1. You must book a Tattoo Removal Consult as your first visit to ERAZALASER.
2. At your Consult, we will discuss your tattoo removal plan and give you an exact price.
3. All Consults are free of charge. All Consults are obligation free.
4. You can have a treatment immediately after your Consultor you can book another time.
TREATMENTS
1. At your first treatment you will be required to pay the Scheduled Fee for your treatment.
2. To confirm the reservation for your next treatment, a Reservation Fee of $50 will be required.
3. The Reservation Fee will be deducted from your Scheduled Fee at your last treatment.
4. You may reschedule a treatment free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment is due by contacting your clinic.
5. Should you reschedule online less than 24 hours prior to your appointment and not reschedule another treatment, Erazalaser will retain the Reservation Fee.
6. Should you be a No Show, Erazalaser will retain the Reservation Fee.
7. Should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment and not reschedule another treatment, Erazalaser will retain the Reservation Fee.
8. Treatments are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.
REFUNDS
No refunds are issued for laser tattoo removal treatments already provided.
