ERAZALASER® College Terms and Conditions

ERAZALASER® College provides online theory training courses, practical training courses and training videos (Services). Any services provided by Us to You will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions below (Terms and Conditions).

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of all ERAZALASER® College Products and Services provided by Erazalaser College (ABN No. 21 603 877 194) of PO Box 8057 Gold Coast Mail Centre, Bundall Queensland 9726, email – training@erazalaser.com.au or phone- 0420 212 442.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any ERAZALASER® Products and Services. By clicking on the “Accept” button you are stating that you are eligible for an account and agree to the terms and conditions which will bind you. The Products and Services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease to continue to purchase any courses from us.

COURSE ENROLMENT:

By accepting the Terms and Conditions you agree:

ACCESS AND ASSESSMENT

COURSE FEES:

Payment of your course fees grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the course materials and the software in respect of the courses for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course(s).

COURSE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS:

The courses must be completed within sixty (60) days of enrolment. No refund will be paid if you do not complete the course.

3. HLTINF005 Maintain Infection prevention for skin penetration treatments

This course will be delivered in conjunction with ERAZALASER® ’s partner Tess RTO No. 1826.

As this course is a Nationally recognised VET course, you are required to obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to be able to obtain a Statement of Attainment. In addition, we are required to include your USI in the data we submit to NCVER. If you have not yet obtained a USI, you can apply for it at www.usi.gov.au/create-your-USI/.

The course must be completed within two (2) months of enrolment. Students are required to complete their course within this timeframe. If you need additional time or wish to resume your studies at a later date, an application for course extension must be made prior to your expiry date. Any additional fees required will be at the discretion of ERAZALASER® College.

No refund will be paid if you do not complete the course.

1. Laser Practices ELC328

Refunds will only be made in accordance with the following:

1.If ERAZALASER® College cancels a course, you are entitled to a full refund.

2.Where the refund is triggered due to course cancellation, ERAZALASER® College will initiate the refund from the date of the decision. The refund payment will be processed within 14 days.

3.No refund will be issued for cancellation due to changes in your work commitments or personal circumstances.

4. No refund will be issued for a cancellation by the applicant occurring before or after the commencement of the course.

5.If you have paid for your course in full and the course is rescheduled due to COVID-19 or any other pandemic lockdown, ERAZALASER® will enrol you in the next available course.

6.If a trainee is not able to attend the course due to illness from Covid-19 or any other medical issues, the training will be rescheduled to the next available course.

7.In the case of training being rescheduled due to Covid-19 or any other pandemic lockdown, ERAZALASER® College is not responsible for any costs incurred by the trainee including, but not limited to, flights, transportation, accommodation, and any other fees and charges.

8.No refund will be issued where a trainee does not take up the offer of a rescheduled training date.

 

Training Policy:

  1. The term of this Enrolment shall be six months from the start date of the course unless agreed otherwise.
  2. ERAZALASER® agrees to provide all necessary training, supervision, equipment and materials for the Trainee’s supervised practical training at ERAZALASER® Clinic.
  3. ERAZALASER® warrants that each of its trainers assigned to perform services under this agreement shall have the required skills, training, qualifications and experience. 
  4. ERAZALASER® will not take into consideration nor endorse any practical training undertaken that has not been supervised by an ERAZALASER® trainer.
  5. Notice must be given in writing 21 days before the course commences should an applicant wish to change to another scheduled course at a later date.
  6. Scheduled changes requested less than 21 days prior to course commencement are not eligible to be changed.
  7. Trainee will be an independent Trainee and will not be acting as an agent or employee of ERAZALASER® .
  8. Trainee will comply with all procedures stipulated by ERAZALASER® when in contact with ERAZALASER® Clients.
  9. Trainee will not receive any remuneration from ERAZALASER® or its clients at any time during this agreement.
  10. Trainee agrees to commit the time and effort necessary to complete the practical training as outlined.
  11. Trainee agrees that the training fee is not refundable in any circumstances other than as stated above.
  12. Trainee agrees that all training materials are the property of ERAZALASER® and will not be copied or distributed.

Supervised Logged Hours Policy:

  1. ERAZALASER® will provide the necessary logged hours (maximum 100 hours) for the trainee to apply for an Unrestricted Licence or exemption for Tattoo Removal Cosmetic Procedures with a Class 4 Laser Apparatus as applicable in your State.
  2. Trainees must provide evidence of a current Trainee Licence for Laser Tattoo Removal or relevant qualifications.
  3. The term of this Enrolment shall be six months commencing upon the start date unless agreed otherwise, and                          
  4. Shall expire upon the earlier of six months or after the date upon which the Trainee is deemed competent to apply for a Tattoo Removal Licence.
  5. ERAZALASER® will provide fully licensed experienced trainers to facilitate the training and supervise the Trainee in accordance with State
  6. ERAZALASER® will provide evidence of successful completion for the Unrestricted Licence or Exemption Application for Tattoo Removal Cosmetic Procedures upon completion of the training.
  7. 7.ERAZALASER® is not responsible for the outcome of the Application submitted.

Termination Policy:

This Training Agreement may be terminated for the following:

1.Lack of capability which may include, but is not limited to the following:

a) Poor performance in understanding the process, i.e. failing to achieve the standards specified in the process of tattoo removal;

b)Poor performance in the practical application, i.e. failing to achieve the standards specified to safely and successfully conduct laser tattoo removal treatments.

Grounds for immediate termination of the Agreement as determined by ERAZALASER®  include but are not limited to the following actions or events:

  1. Unauthorized absences or lack of communication
  2. Incapacity to attend the practical training
  3. Inappropriate language or behaviour to any ERAZALASER® client or employee
  4. Misuse of tools or information belonging to ERAZALASER®
  5. Conducting laser tattoo removal treatments without the supervision of an ERAZALASER® trainer
  6. Breach of this agreement.

  1. There is no refund of the deposit paid
  2. No refund will be issued for incomplete or unsuccessful Laser Tattoo Removal Fundamentals ELC315.
  3. No refund will be issued for cancellation due to changes in your work commitments or personal circumstances.
  4. No refund will be issued for a cancellation by the applicant occurring before or after the commencement of the course.

COURSE EXTENSION

Deferments and/or extensions may be granted at the discretion of ERAZALASER® College. Application for a deferment or extension must be submitted via email prior to your close of study date to training@erazalaser.com.au.

TRAINING VIDEOS

ERAZALASER® College grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to view video files that reside on our website – erazalaser.com.au Subject to these terms and conditions, you may remotely access and view our training videos. Your license of, use of and access to the Erazalaser College training videos (which may include, without limitation, the additional related Software and Documentation) is conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions below:

PRIVACY POLICY

The information supplied on the enrolment form is needed by ERAZALASER® College to manage your enrolment. No personal information will be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, except where required by law. The information may be used by ERAZALASER® College to satisfy regulatory reporting requirements. In supplying the requested information, you are deemed to have consented to the use of information for those purposes.

In order to best protect the rights of our students and their personal data against cyber-attack, hacking and unlawful accessing of sensitive and confidential student records, all records shall be confidentially destroyed within a period of twelve months from the date you last logged in your account and ERAZALASER® College is irrevocably authorised to do so within such time frame.
